Pros

CRC has offered me a good work-life balance with clinical support and room for growth personally and professionally. They advocate for their clinicians and are willing to help whenever challenges arise.

Cons

Work can be remote from other clinicians at times but CRC makes an effort to bring their clinicians together virtually.

Pros

I moved from another company to CRC and am so happy I did. Not only do they provide immediate support for any issues but is a company where NPs can have a position of leadership/management. I have the ultimate flexibility in my day and am able to make a huge impact in the patients/facilities I serve. There is a physiatry certification that is an amazing resource to complete and opportunities for education so that I go into clinical situations feeling prepared.

Cons

You have freedom in how to see patients and complete your day so it may not work if you procrastinate or are not a self starter.
