-Autonomy -Paid time off accrual -Tech-savy workplace -no weekends

Cons

-lack of compassion and empathy when expectations are not met - lackluster communication -no home office if outside of regional location -everything takes place virtually which is lonely -TRAINING IS TERRIBLE!

Could not believe the disappointment on my exit

While I was working for them everything was great from them even though there was a lot of false promises that did it come to fruition at the time I did not hold them accountable

Cons

I decided to part ways to move to another state for personal reasons, good personal reasons, happy personal reasons and that’s when this company showed their true colors! Lie to me on several occasions about what it would take to work with me on my exit that was coordinated better for all parties based on my house selling and we having no place to live. In the mist of giving them all my blood and sweat I contracted Covid as I’m sure my immune system is super low living out of my car and then decided to terminate my medical insurance change my last cover day without even telling me so many human resource violations !
