We endeavor to provide as clear a picture as possible of the role prior to placement and many part-time providers are not used to thinking of roles as pay per visit, rather than hourly which is why we describe the roles both ways. For part-time roles, our pay starts as hourly and then transitions to pay-per-visit after a certain period which is explained during the interview process and in our offer letters. The meeting mentioned is part of the consideration of the part time worker's responsibilities and is part of the overall pay rate consideration as our part-time roles are still permanent, W2 roles that include other benefits.
