      Pros

      Work life balance is top of mind and intentional at CRC. CRC has countless layers of support that allow us to have excellent work life balance. There is no call, weekends, or holiday responsibilities. I often hear phrases like, "I'm impressed with CRC's infrastructure" or "I've never had an onboarding like this before." I find it fulfilling and gratifying to serve an underserved population.

      Has a strong focus on physiatry education and professional growth. There is support for continuing to improve our patient care. No nights, weekends or call. They care about supporting you and your long-term work life balance. It's not just about the numbers.

      Strong communication with nursing home staff can be a challenge in some situations.

      Company is entirely virtual, though has significant clinical and workflow resources. Significant autonomy can be difficult when first starting your position.
