      Flexibility and work-life balance

      Pros

      I have been with CRC for almost 2 years. In my time with the company, I have enjoyed the flexibility of working 4 days a week. I make my own schedule and am able to make personal appointments without compromising my PTO. The workload expectation is not overwhelming and I maintain a good work-life balance. In fact, the company is very family oriented and encourages a good balance. Additionally, management is very encouraging and welcoming. And there is great room for career advancement as the company continues to expand across the country!

      Cons

      Much of the company is remote so if you prefer a manager on site everyday, this may not be the job for you.

      Pros

      I have been with Comprehensive Rehab for 1 year. Quite honestly, I feel I've hit the job lottery. I love the work that I'm doing, the people I work with, and the company I work for. The are very supportive and truly care that their empolyess have a good work/life balance
