Pros

Good benefits as far as PTO and health care. it doesn't matter if you sleep all day at your desk, surf the web or just don't do your job, you cant get fired.

Cons

Managers are not trained. There is no room in the company to move up unless you know someone. There are no raises unless you are a manager.

Pros

Initially, it was easy to interview (over the phone) and get hired. After 18 months or so, I went from contract to full time and was able to get benefits and paid time off.

Cons

Management forgets about you, especially if you are on extended dispatch. Review periods seem irregular. Pay is below market. I am expected to train for field work, but management doesn't seem to be able to communicate with me or each other, so while I have some study material, I can't seem to get a company laptop or logon to take any tests.
