Pros

Can access a lot of training in-house. They allow flexible hours. They have good reimbursements for mileage when using your own car.

Cons

The wages they pay are very low for their expectations of the work. There seems to be little room for advancement. Managers change too often.

Pros

Good place to cut your teeth, or experiment with new ideas/technology. If working in field, potential for limitless OT Most managers are understanding of personal leave needs Good exposure with big brand companies Nice amount of perks and benefits.

Cons

If you're in a corporate environment, OT is a no go It is a good place to cut your teeth; rookie project managers, and new managers often don't know how to properly communicate expectations. Little to no training, sometimes you will be completely on an island without direction.
