Pros

Good benefits. Fair wages. Account managers and HR team have good working relationships with CompuCom's clients in IT space.

Cons

Work a lot of hours but since hourly rate was paid, that works out well for both client and employee. Just make sure that if working holidays, that overtime rate is agreed to up front.

Pros

-Good opportunity to enter the networking field -Great work environment -Open doors policy -Comfortable chairs -Personal drawer -Your shift preference is taken into consideration (Night/Day)

Cons

-Low salary for experienced people -Limited growth possibility -Not much to learn after 2 months -Laziness is permitted -Good performance is not properly rewarded -Dirty cafeteria and bathrooms (smell is horrible during the night) -Bonus payments get delayed -They hire incompetent L2 support instead of promoting competent L1s that show commitment, high performance, enthusiasm and high technical knowledge obtained during their free time. -Hard to access zone from Mexico City. -Expensive zone to live near workplace
