      I feel like a number, not a person

      Pros

      Initially, it was easy to interview (over the phone) and get hired. After 18 months or so, I went from contract to full time and was able to get benefits and paid time off.

      Cons

      Management forgets about you, especially if you are on extended dispatch. Review periods seem irregular. Pay is below market. I am expected to train for field work, but management doesn't seem to be able to communicate with me or each other, so while I have some study material, I can't seem to get a company laptop or logon to take any tests.

      Pros

      fun group of people to work with. get the opportunity to work with some big companies

      Cons

      management heavy, too many hands in the bucket. little gets done due to needing so much approval for things. low end of salary range.
