Pros

I had nice co-workers and made some good friends.

Cons

1. If you have earned PTO and you leave the company before taking said PTO, then you use it. CompuCom will not pay you for that time in your final paycheck. 2. Open-floor work concept - very distracting 3. Benefits are nothing to write home about 4. Vacation and sick time all rolled into one pot and it’s not very much. 5. Not big at all on giving pay raises.

Pros

-When it comes to entry level IT, this isn't a horrible place to start. -Wages for Tier 1 positions are decent for the city I am in.

Cons

-Being anything other than a tier 1 exposes the gum and duck tape holding the operations department of this company together. -Upper management is non-existent. -There are no cares for the bottom line in this company. -I quit after 4 years of no raises (6 years in total working there). -Promotions are given out very, very scarcely and when they are many people have had to wait for the change to "process" to get their increased pay. This results in many people getting promoted, staying at the same wage for up to a YEAR, but having more to do.

Pros

They can compensate your fee for certain certification tests (If you pass the cert test)

Cons

There are many issues with company, so I'll just bullet point them to simplify it: - They promised us (me and my coworkers) that they will convert us into full time workers within 3 months of working for the company. It took around 7-8 months, - Due to the fact that they fully contracted us very late then their initial promise, my whole team was declined a pay raise, since we were considered contractors for most of the year, they couldn't give us a pay raise. - Since we were considered contractors for the first 8 months of working for them, they couldn't offer us any health benefits (during the COVID pandemic). Once they converted us into full time workers, they gave us about a 3 day window to sign up for the benefits (1 out of 4 workers who were interested received the benefits) - The company was breached, management was telling us to deter from logging into CompuCom accounts on our Client assigned laptops, they told us to use our own personal laptops. This is completely unprofessional, what if we don't have a laptop of our own? So awful.
