      Good for short term experience, bad for long term career

      Pros

      Will hire almost anyone who can complete a drug screening Benefits start day one of employment but their quality goes down every year

      Cons

      Most workforce is poorly trained or completely unqualified making things harder for those who are qualified Pay is below industry standard and company does not adjust the pay of current employees if they raise the rate they hire people in at, which leaves experienced people making in some cases several dollars per hour less than new incoming people Advancement opportunities are almost non-existant Management is poorly trained

      Not a company to work for if you have a family.

      Met a few good friends there Easy job to put on a resume as "Experience"

      Cons

      If you have a family don't even bother they'll look for any excuse to fire you Management is awful, and incompetent who only look out for themselves Benefits are well below industry average Company will work you to death, and continue to add on responsibility without offering up similar compensation for it A lot of brilliant folks leave after a year or two when they realize Compucom doesn't appreciate them. Highschool esque enviornment, Gossip, Poor professionalism, People littering bathrooms or drawing awful symbols on walls.
