Pros

The work is not that hard. they offer some training and will pay for certifications. Really flexible on vacation and sick leave.

Cons

NO RAISES!!!! I worked there for 5 years and there was never any raises or any real recognition for the work you do. Job growth is virtually non existent. The company cuts costs and people with adds more work to the remaining and expect this to be performed with no real compensation. The company institutes productivity killing monitoring apps and procedures. example: the company already uses a very good ticketing system that can track work and cases but then they added another layer app that you have to start the clock and end the clock when performing work. All this under the guise of providing better statistics to clients. Really it is just a way to watch over your shoulder.

Pros

Good for entry level techs looking to get some experience in preparation for something better.

Cons

No performance reviews for years / No raises for years / Poor communication from Corporate if you need something for yourself / Loss of contracts-customers / New OfficeDepot brick and mortar model will have associates looking like the Geek Squad (you can get that AND a store discount working at Best Buy).
