Pros

The individual contributors. The people are the ones who make the job enjoyable. Management sucks and the Executive "Leaders" are anything but leaders.

Cons

Where do I begin. Communication - non-existent. Executive team thinks associates are stupid and we can't figure out what is happening. Information came out in the media about Pomeroy merging with CompuCom and the CEO calls a meeting to tell everyone to not listen to the rumors and that CompuCom was acquiring the other business. Clearly rhat is a lie as CompuCom financials SUCK and Pomeroy is excelling. Then, it is a known fact that the Plano office will be closing. No one will address it yet all the associates there already know that come January, they will be out of a job. CEO doesn't want to announce as he doesn't want to have to pay retention bonuses. The organization is a joke and to bribe people to post positive reviews is icing on the cake.

Pros

Genuine efforts to change to a truly innovative company. Benefits, PTO, opportunity to grow, open to new ideas, salary in line with industry standards. Brand new headquarters in Dec. 2017.

Cons

Culture is full throttle much of the time. With so many new initiatives and energy toward change, it can be challenging to keep shifting gears on the day to day.

Pros

If you take care of your customers they will likely treat you better than your actual employer. You can get discounts on some items. You get one paid day a year to donate your time to a charity/worthy cause

Cons

No raises, fringe benefits rarely extend past corporate offices, under paid, increase in responsibility without promotion in title or pay
