Pros

If you have a heartbeat you can get a job at CompuCom. Good place to start a career and learn skills

Cons

If you have a heartbeat you can get a job at CompuCom. No company culture for retaining top talent. Pay raises pretty much non-existent since 2007. Most managers are hired from outside of the company which leaves very little room for upward mobility. If you are fortunate enough to be promoted to management, you are stuck dealing with underpaid and under-motivated people. Get in, get experience, get out.

Pros

The work is pretty easy and there is a lot of training available to take as long as it somewhat pertains to your position. Times have gotten tough for the company and it seems like they have tried to avoid massive lay-offs

Cons

It always feels like they are trying to find a reason to let someone go. Raises are hard to come by. Co-workers are typically under skilled and so workload is carried by only a few decent employees.

Pros

Get way to gain experience. Team members are generally great to learn from.

Cons

This company will have you stuck where you are. The general attitude from management is "You're lucky to have a job." Company more concerned about making money, even from those break their backs for them. You aren't an employee, you are a tool to increase profits. No raises, no job security, no loyalty even for those that are the most loyal employees.
