It is a job. It is better than fast food, I guess. The pay checks are almost always on time.

Cons

The company has been sold a couple of times. Each time it gets sold, it gets worse here. They are laying off the rest of the Service Desk in a couple of months.

Had good opportunities, blew them all!

Cons

Incompetent senior leadership that hold no degrees, certifications, or experience in anything more than counting money. To make matters worse, these "leaders" aren't even smart enough to hire competent people below them. They hire their incompetent friends and family into "leadership" positions, and then basically abuse anyone with real talent to cover up their own lack of education, experience, and motivation.

Pros

Great at adding bullet points to your resume. Able to earn additional industry certifications, with tests paid by the company.

Cons

Company touts core values but they don't seem to apply towards the employees. Especially lacking respect and integrity in how upper management addresses the employees. Moral is very low due to low pay levels and lack of raises.
