Pros

There are legitimately no pros to working at this place. You'd be better served working any other call center job, even Charter.

Cons

Never any upward growth. Never expect a pay raise. Never expect training. Never expect hard work to be recognized. Never get settled in, they will force you out of a position to demote you, and give you a pay cut. (Current situation) Management is absent and a joke.

Pros

I worked with great people on my contract. Managers that cared and were very flexible. Other techs were great and we created a great environment to work.

Cons

Some managers care, but their hands are tied by the corporate mantra of building up by stepping on the backs of the employees. No raises unless you are good and threaten to leave. They are convinced they pay on the high end of the scale and that they offer competitive benefits. They do not and they aren't even close.

The ability to work with minimal supervision and make most decisions without getting management approval

Cons

Interesting to read these recent employees reviews. I left 3 years ago and from what I read nothing has changed. Poor Pay..little support when new customers are signed up and always having make excuses to the end user why a job cannot be completed...no parts..no enough manpower..ect
