It's a job

Pros

They offer certifications, and offer employment. They have contracts with multiple large corporations which allow you to get a foot in the door.

Cons

No increases or bonuses if you're higher than 50% of the job title bracket, VP gets 10% bonus for every worker that's not filled. You end up being overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated for the work you put in. No opportunities for advancement, they will release you from projects just to hire you back at a lower rate.

Pros

The pay is good, and the skill development opportunities are like no other place I've ever worked. They pay for certifications too!

Cons

Like any other call center, politics plays a huge roll in who gets promoted and who gets ignored. It can be disheartening.

Pros

It's a job... Don't expect more from it. You get access to OEM training. You do have a (slim) chance of getting an on-site manager that actually cares about work life balance.

Cons

Don't expect any bonuses or raises, bargain for a good salary up front, because you get locked in with that from there on out. They give you more responsibilities as time goes on, but they don't increase your title or wage to compensate. We are basically numbers to the bean counters in Dallas.
