Management forgets about you, especially if you are on extended dispatch. Review periods seem irregular. Pay is below market. I am expected to train for field work, but management doesn't seem to be able to communicate with me or each other, so while I have some study material, I can't seem to get a company laptop or logon to take any tests.

Management thinks overtime is equivalent to a raise. Even when you get a promotion, don't expect a raise. You'll be lucky if you even get a title change. Upper management needs a better understanding of the people who work under them.
