Pros

Great flexibly with your managers on how you work and the time you put in every week. You could work from home. I worked with a lot of talented and professional people.

Cons

Not very competitive pay compare to other companies. A lot of great talent leaves the company and their jobs are outsource to subpar overseas employees. To much reorganization of the company every year and it causes confusion on what the goals are.

Pros

The location and building are nice in the Fort Mill location.

Cons

Work life is hectic. There is no real care placed on the quality of the ticketing system. Management does not care about you, they just care about the QSA scores, and queue. You will have a lot of anxiety doing this job because there is little to no time to complete tickets on/in between calls, and they don't like to give you project time to complete them either. Good luck.

Pros

I really enjoyed working on the Lowes account even though at times we were overburdened with projects

Cons

I received one small raise in 6 years, they hired on new techs at higher rate then us experience techs that had been on the account for several years. It's a shame, I loved the work but was forced to look for a better paying job. There is high turn over for this position in the company just because of this.
