Pros

Great for entry level service desk. Compucom will pay for Certifications and give the experience to start you off on your career. most shifts are M-F which is also nice

Cons

Since Compucom was bought out, there have been no raises, no bonuses and they are eliminated more positions than they are creating. Any kind of raise is required to go through a "compensation committee" which consists of the CEO, CFO, and other higher ups that you have never met. they have not approved any cost of living/merit raises since my employment start in 01/2013

Great Entry-Level Company

Pros

CompuCom is great for work/life balance. They have a very understanding HR department, generally good managers, and generally nice coworkers. Not a lot of abuse is tolerated from the customers, and they are usually corporate customers, not the general public. Pay is OK if you're just looking for a job, not a career.

Cons

The pay is not great if you're a "go-get-er".

Pros

None....it's a job I guess.

Cons

Terrible pay and no raises, terrible management, no room for advancement. Was led on to thinking I would be promoted as a lead tech after working there for 4 years and instead hired a new person with little experience. Management only cares about themselves and "looking good" towards the client. They want you to work until the job is done but do not approve overtime or even try to help compensate.
