The people, met some awesome people while working here.

Cons

Management, they are NEVER satisfied with how much work you do, unprofessional, absolutely NO RAISES, you cannot use them as a reference when you are done.

Pros

CompuCom is a good place to learn how to be an I.T. professional. They offer a ton of computer-based training to all employees, and they offer exam vouchers for techincal certifications. New full-time employees receive about two weeks of paid time off / floating holidays in their first full year of employment.

Cons

CompuCom pays poorly and rarely provide raises. Turnover rates are high. Opportunites for advancement are scarce. The company has difficulty retaining talented employees. The company opearates cheaper instead of smarter.
