Pros
Walmart has a very large infrastructure of which can be rewarding to assist in it's overall 'stability' as it teeters on the edge of a cliff side. As far as direct compucom pros..there really aren't any other then some of the good souls of which got their lives mingled with this forsaken company.
Cons
Management is terrible, staff that have no skills or knowledge are rewarded while the others keep them afloat, horrid business decisions involving everything from contracts to support of said contracts, lies are constant, not to mention a little piece of yourself dies each day as you drift further and further from the status of a real IT professional. I was an IT administrator/consultant for years, and honestly I am disgraced by even accepting a position of this nature. THIS IS NOT IT BUT A FARCE.
