There have been so many lay-offs as they are moving jobs to Mexico to save money. There are no wage increases and bonuses are promised but never delivered. We laugh when they mention cash prizes or bonuses because we've done the work they ask but they never pay up. They are a company that sells hardware, software, and services yet they use an old Unix based software. They also claim that employees, or rather associates as they call us are important to them. It hard to think that's true when the laid off person has to walk past the newly renovated gym and lobby. It's also a running joke that when a lot of people get laid off, we get a new VP.

Low wages, long days and weekends. No overtime pay, just compensation time. Constant moving of the yard stick that you are measured by.
