      3 people had strokes due t all fo the hours and stress and management doesn't care

      Pros

      Worked from home while putting in 12 - 14 hours a day.

      Cons

      Had 3 directors in 4 years. Upper management only looks out for themselves and their buddies. My entire group was constantly lied to about raises and promotions. Benefits keep getting worse and 401K is a joke Management would dangle promises of raises to keep you there working an insane amount of hours. Incompetent people were promoted to positions they have no business being in. Clients are leaving in droves. Lots of legal issue as well.

      Pros

      Hard place t get fired from. They require the employees to have a Biometric screening, then charge them each pay period if you fail

      Cons

      Very few increases. hard to get promotions he raises you get are small the best way to get a raise is to quit and get re-hired.

      Pros

      Always learning new things. Good benefits package, Paid Time Off system, Training System A lot of Job freedom and good work life balance.

      Cons

      Can take a long time to move up in the company. It took me around 7 years to move from Field Tech to Team Lead. Pay scale is not always great depending on where you live. In most cases you do not interact with other employees as you are on the move a lot from site to site. This may also be a Pro depending on the person.
