Pros

Let me think about it. None.

Cons

1. No raise. Period. 2. Cutting staff left and right while hiring more upper managers 3. No career advancement whatsoever. 4. Cutting benefits continuously and now no more tuition reimbursement. 4. No PTO carry-over yearly at all(use it or lose it). No PTO payback when leaving the company. 5. No real communication. Company allow only self-praising comments and disregard or delete anything pointing out problems within the company.

Pros

1. For the parent organization project hiring, good hike is given to attract the talent. 2. Work from home depends on project

Cons

1. Parent organization Office Depot is going crazy for cost cutting in day to day basis. Too much firing at US Office leading too much pressure on India associates. 2. Parent org managers put people on PIP if resource does not work on other technology. Eventually Compucom managers fire them within a month. I have personally seen more than 20 PIP in last 8 months . 3. Leaves are very less and only 5 leaves get carry forward. 4. On call & shift allowance are at the level of domestic BPO 5. Compucom Pune managers are a bunch of useless, spark-less , & directionless people with no people management skills. They work on excel rather than other tools and ask to mark attendance, time-sheet in excel to all other employees. 6. All the decisions are taken by OfficeDepot any time without backup plan. 7. Too much workload leading to frustration in Pune. 8. denying Managers view on anything or denying on call or shifts may lead to termination in the name Performance Improvement Plan 9. Onshore tech team does not share the details and code to Pune team as they fear if they share they will also get fired like their US office friends 10. All the technologies are old and outdated hence no scope of learning curve. 11. No Training and certification 12. candidate join and leave within few days or weeks. the management and talent team do not even shows the data to Leadership.
