Pros

There are some good people in the company but they live in fear as the business is currently being managed reactively and not proactively.

Cons

Tactics and action looking for a strategy. Greg and the senior leadership team lacks a strategy and is not forthcoming with there communication. They communicate one message in a public forum and then do not follow up or execute to something totally different.

Pros

They always needs tech and its a great place to get good experience with fortune 500 companies. Work life balance can be good working from home you get to manage your time. Working refreshes gives you a chance to travel on the company dime and see alot of cool places....spent 3 weeks in NY,NY off Canal St. and didnt spend a cent of my paycheck. Semi laid back enviroment with a ""move forward motto".

Cons

Some contracts can be in toxic enviroment. It depends on the work culture you are going into.... If the hired employees of the contract company hate their jobs they will take it out on you because they see you as an outsider with no protection.

Pros

Trying to change culture and drive innovation

Cons

Sales team does not sell, Office Depot bought organization and CompuCom continues to decline from overall company perspective. Former CEO - Dan Stone is one of the worst individuals to work for and drove CompuCom into the ground.
