Pros

You have a job. Can work remotely.

Cons

Internal disorganization and communication cause multiple problems from individual employee levels to client contracts. The experience so far in just a few months has been so bad and involved so many departments, it's given the worst impression of a company I've had in my 10-year career. I can see how multiple departments lack cohesive processes and communications which have far-reaching consequences. There is a "send an email and be done with it" attitude. Taking ownership of issues by an individual or a team just isn't done. Passing the problem from team to team or person to person drags out getting answers or resolutions. Managers are mostly checked out and don't really engage with their teams. Doing the bare minimum 1-on-1s and yearly reviews is about it.

Pros

They can compensate your fee for certain certification tests (If you pass the cert test)

Cons

There are many issues with company, so I'll just bullet point them to simplify it: - They promised us (me and my coworkers) that they will convert us into full time workers within 3 months of working for the company. It took around 7-8 months, - Due to the fact that they fully contracted us very late then their initial promise, my whole team was declined a pay raise, since we were considered contractors for most of the year, they couldn't give us a pay raise. - Since we were considered contractors for the first 8 months of working for them, they couldn't offer us any health benefits (during the COVID pandemic). Once they converted us into full time workers, they gave us about a 3 day window to sign up for the benefits (1 out of 4 workers who were interested received the benefits) - The company was breached, management was telling us to deter from logging into CompuCom accounts on our Client assigned laptops, they told us to use our own personal laptops. This is completely unprofessional, what if we don't have a laptop of our own? So awful.
