No career development plan. The employee rely only on the Compucom client to aggregate value to the position. Tried reimburse for certifications but the procedure is trick and needs to be approved two levels of management. After I got my certifications with my own money and time, I've uploaded to my profile on the company's intranet to try get into another position. I didn't get any response for new oportunities, instead I received an email requesting my certification badge id for the company use to gain a better status with the vendor.

No raises. 2 years and not even the basic 2% inflation raise. No wonder they had a ransomware incident.
