      Great work to do - just don't expect pay reviews or increases

      Pros

      Excellent projects and interesting work. Great teams and coworkers. Good energy in the company.

      Cons

      No consistent salary reviews and adjustments for 6 the past 6 years. Over the last 2, it seems like the Sr. Management really see people as a drawback to the company's profitability which seems atypical for a so-called services company. Along with no salary increases, benefits and allowable expenses have been cut to the effect that many associates (not "employees") have had effective pay cuts. In addition when merit increases have been done in the past 6 years most of the associates fell into exception categories and were not eligible despite their performance. HR tried to introduce a "total compensation" idea to take the focus off of salary and that highlighted benefits, and things like training which is only approved if the company requires you trained.

      Pros

      Free online courses!! Co workers are there to help you out..very much a team effort. In my experience I actually liked my managers, they were always there to support an employee who had a good work ethic and a willingness to grow.

      Cons

      Compensation! As others have stated they have not seen a raise in 4 years or more..this is the sad truth, don't look to get rich working for them. Get the experience from them and leave ASAP!
