Pros

Self-management no micro-management. Flexible hours and lots of opportunities for overtime and additional pay. Hooked in to every major hardware and software company for ease of certification and extended education.

Cons

Disorganized structure can lead to headaches. I miss having coworkers often. Too much email.

Pros

A lot of free training available. Great co-workers. Good for learning and experience on hardware and software support.

Cons

Absolutely no appreciation from management on how hard associates work. They only care about each accounts gross margin. No increases in pay for over 5 years. Bonuses are pretty much non existent. It's a boys club, so if you're not male don't bother working for them.

Pros

I have worked at CompuCom for two years. I really enjoy the people. Everyone says hi to me in the morning. I am recognized and feel welcome. I attend and participate in meetings. I am often asked how am I doing. Sometimes I get treats from my colleagues. My work area is very tidy and nice and the office is kept at a comfortable setting. People understand me and who I am and are accepting of me.

Cons

I wish I could get more walks during the day. The area around the building is ok but the good thing is that it's private. I wish I had more four legged friends.
