Not much hike or growth

0. There is no respect for the employee. They don't even have basic etiquettes to have conversation with teams, they talk like illiterate underprivileged people. 1. The management is stupid, they have no understanding of Software Industry, management does not have spine, no intellect, no leadership qualities. 2. Offshore management is super dumb, they cannot comprehend Software Jargons, forget about the IT best practices. 3. Even the Onshore are weird, they treat Offshore employees like second class citizen ship. 4. This is the reason more than 150 employees has already put down papers and serving notice. 5. Compucom management is not cut out for IT industry.
