Challenging Environment, CEO is friendly and down to earth. Great work flexibility. You should be good if you're on the right team.

Cons

No room for advancement or growth; socially awkward colleagues who don't warmly greet you when you do; health benefits are less than splendid; no bonus structure for the peon's that I'm aware of. No reward or recognition for the plethora of work you do on a daily basis. Associate only events...
