Pros

A place to get your foot in the door in the IT industry to gain experience. Access to a large skill soft library to train for IT certifications.

Cons

No raises of any type were given to employees during my several years with the Company. I moved into a position with more responsibility and there was still no pay increase. Management actively tried to prevent employees from getting hired by the companies they were contracted to work for by enforcing non-compete agreements. There is a toxic culture between the upper management and employees. It's made clear by upper management that everyone is replaceable.

Decent pay, IT experience gained, pay check, really that's all

Cons

Managers gossip about employees and complain when students are hired instead of "professionals" very discouraging hearing a manager talk down about a co-worker pursuing education and not being able to work overtime anytime.

Opportunity of growth for deserving performers. Job Stability. Very few instances in 7 years when an employee given pink slip. Strategic thinking of the Senior Leadership makes organisation to make in the Top rankings for consecutive years - like in Gartner Magic Quadrant. Great On-Site colleagues and teams make it a happier place to work.

Cons

Attrition Rate in some teams is matter of concern mainly due to the Team Leads / Managers who are managing the teams.
