Pros

Great for an entry level tech job. You don't necessarily have to a technical background for some jobs. I had a customer service background.

Cons

I have yet to see a single benefits since being absorbed by CompuCom (formerly Getronics). We no longer have sick days. The company will pay for your certifications but are VERY selective of what they support compared to before. The migration process has been a pain, which is disheartening being that we are an IT outsourcing company. New employees that work evening shifts no longer get a differential (only overnight and its reduced)

Pros

It will pay the bills until you find a better job.

Cons

Petty and clueless management, poor morale, most employees are overworked and not compensated for it, bringing your concerns to a superior will be largely ignored, pay will stay entry level for the entirety of your tenure there.

Pros

If your skills are entry-level, CompuCom will most likely take a chance on you because they know they will be able to pay you less. For someone just looking to get his foot in the door, this is a good opportunity to get some real world experience on his resume. If you can keep your expectations low, CompuCom will be an ok place to work. Just don't stay longer than you absolutely have to.

Cons

CompuCom pays as little as they can get away with. (When I was employed with them, they charged the customer $175/hour for two technicians and between the two of us, we made about $45/hour. Neither one of us had benefits). Turnover is high and morale is low. Often, you are working with other technicians who have very little knowledge and experience which can be frustrating if you actually have a decent skill set.
