- Engaging work - I was employed in a small team of around 20 people, there was a good spirit - Hands-off management and involved leadership - Understanding management - The company wants to see its employees succeed

Cons

- Little vertical mobility, may be due to the fully remote nature of my position - CompuCom is a contractee, vulnerable to contracts being dropped - I prefer more involved management - The documentation we used for our work was not very good

At first was the pay rate for the easiest job position second was the culture and the people you work with,

Cons

They started switching people's shifts from third shift to midday shift within three days because the workplace was becoming extremely slow, but you have been working third shift for ten years, therefore you can't do that shift.
