      Pros

      I really can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Managers are not trained to mentor or provide career growth to their teams. Your review is nothing personal and it’s generic, no coaching. When business slows and they want to let you go, they will change your title and tell you your position has been eliminated. Fear rules, everyone is afraid to make decisions so nothing changes.

      Pros

      Very positive, friendly environment. Most of the people I work with really care about their jobs, and are friendly and easy to work with. The company is dynamic and actively seeking to improve the companies performance, as well as employee experience.

      Cons

      It's hard to get to know people since many of us work remotely. It can take longer than more 'traditional' companies to understand who does what, who to go to for different things.
