HR is so rude and never favor in any situation with you. Situation is your call and you have to face it. there is no bench policy.

Remote work isn't out of the question. Extra pay for 24/7 accounts.

Cons

Training opportunities are scarce. Raises don't come easy. Management is more concerned with Revenue than they are with team improvement or extra business.

Please work over here and also let me know about it. Its one big corrupt company at least over here in India

Cons

There are only downsides in Compucom no positive can be gained from here. You will be sacked if your project goes away but your manager will be promoted and they would get the hike. Dont be under the Illusion that higher management will listen to you, they have made a clan and your complain would fall on deaf ears There is hardly any technical work over but yes if you want your life to be screwed they welcome to Compucom India You will be getting peanut hike but the team leads and Managers would be getting 15-20% of hike for non performance during the entire year. You can never question the management and if you do you are screwed, they are not willing to hear feedback, its all waste. I have wasted my 3.5 years over here, please dont do that. The salary is a joke
