Pros

No work pressure. Easy to get IJP's. Decent annual hikes as compared to other IT firms. Easy reaching out to leadership for any issues. Sure to get a better opportunity if you stay here for more than 2 years.

Cons

Operations management is pathetic. No stability as they are loosing projects frequently. Hr department is the worst I have come across. They are puppets of the leadership.

Good work environment, They support a lot if you have any personal problem or difficult time by giving few leverages. (This may vary, team and Manager vise)

Cons

They pay less but also have a justifiable amount of work. Low of Job security, since if the project contract is over then you are left with very less choice.
