Pros

+ Very Good Salary for certain roles. + Low attrition level in Pune offices. + Rapidly expanding teams in past 6 months. + Great office facilities and pick & drop facility + Offers training sessions on multiple topics

Cons

+ US leadership is struggling to find the growth path for CompuCom + Under pressure from Office Depot post acquisition + Poor Sales team and lack solution selling capability + Poor employee on-boarding process. + Internal IT team works in Silos. CompuCom calls itself leader in workplace services but their own Desktop team takes a week to assign you a hardware and a email address. India IT desktop team has poor skills where they cannot help you even with using google. Takes ages to fix the issues and need a ticket before they even touch the hardware. Laid back attitude and think they drive the business. + Poor Managers with insecure mindset with nothing to offer to team member. + Increment is offered in two cases only only if you are favored by the manager or if you are a female employee or both. + US team hardly like if you have an idea and never going to encourage you to take lead. Some of them will take your ideas and project it as their own. + India HR team is a puppet and most of the times HR executives have no clue and goes back to check with Senior HR. + Managers engage in divide and rule policy because they feel insecure. + Any role you are in do not expect any growth. + One of the amazing thing is they have Rewards and Recognition program which is completely biased and recognize the "chamcha" parties.

Pros

We seem to have really good latitude for working at our own pace or time frames. The managers I've dealt with trust your experience and don't micromanage.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are quite a few: The amount of red tape and hoops people have to jump through to get new businesses to become clients really hurts the bottom line. I've been involved in a couple of sales calls that have still yet to turn into clients and it wasn't for their lack of interest. Once you're in a position, it's hard to move upward, no matter how much you grow. The same goes for your pay.
