Nothing as far as I remember

Cons

No hirerachy is followed . Hire some random person and ask him to do delivery manager resposibilty instead of having Sr and well qualified person in the team . Indian managers are just spine less fellow who say just 'yes' to everything what onsite people day . On the top of it leaves policy and shift allowance are of a KPO.

Nothing.. Glassdoor is asking me to write 5 words in pros which i dont have

1. Too much micro management 2. Even if u are tech lead, u will hv 0 power, manger will treat u like fresher 3. Very very poor allowances 4. Force u to work night shift or weekend support for which u will get 300 only 5. Partiality everywhere
