Very good benefits as Primary Basic Health Insurance and High Expense Private Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Visual Insurance, Food tickets for restaurants and groceries stores, Paid Time Off, usually 1 day for every month, savings box, vacations and more according to the possition. Great working environment, safe place to work, clean and neat, very good management and trainings, opportunities, etc.

The work itself is not bad at all. There are many accounts to learn, and although it’s not in depth IT work, you can learn quite a bit while on the job. I’ve met some great people working at CompuCom.
Cons
Egos, egos, egos. An EXREMELY toxic work environment due to probably less than 5% of the total employees. First shift runs the world, everyone else gets dumped on. Nobody takes any accountability, it’s all about the blame game and pointing fingers while the client suffers. I’ve done well at CompuCom over my 10 plus years, but I’ve realized it’s time to move on. Unfortunately, the socially inept employees get catered to, while others have to manage to not resort to going overboard on them. I would relate it to a middle school atmosphere with non physical bullying.

Full-time employment that does not have a set end date. They also provide insurance and can reimburse you for some certifications. Work environment is friendly.
Cons
Well below market share income. Little-to-no opportunities to move up due to having a very limited number of spots to move up to. Every year pay stays the same but benefits go down.
