Dear Current Employee, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. My advice to you is to talk to your manager about your situation. There are things that can be done that you may not be aware of to help you better manage your workload during your busy times of the year. I would also be happy to talk to you about this… my door is always open. I want to also mention that we have started to set up shows on our new platform, which is going to reduce the time it takes Event Service Managers to service events. Soon the shows you are servicing will be setting up on it. Regarding your comment about pay: we review our salaries on a regular basis to ensure we are competitive in the market place.
