None, No Accountability, No Respect, No Integrity! If I could I would give them a negative star!! Hopefully the new owners will change that and will be a good place to work like when the original owner ran the company.....

Cons

I feel this company doesn't see us as individuals but as a mere number! They will furlough you during the Holidays, tell you in the new year you will get a raise but you won't. One thing you can count on is that your concerns fall on deaf ears.

The ONLY pro is that you can work from home. The office is dead except for the pesky IT guy.

Current management practices are not aligned with the realities of day-to-day operations. The company expects loyalty and going the extra mile but it seems there's also a prevailing sentiment that these efforts might not always be reciprocated when financial considerations come into play.
