They allow you to work from home 2 days a week one week and then 3 days a week the next

Cons

Everyone is completely over worked and underpaid for it. Not a typical 40 hour a week job. Lots of weekends, nights, holidays are spent working

Dear Current Employee, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. My advice to you is to talk to your manager about your situation. There are things that can be done that you may not be aware of to help you better manage your workload during your busy times of the year. I would also be happy to talk to you about this… my door is always open. I want to also mention that we have started to set up shows on our new platform, which is going to reduce the time it takes Event Service Managers to service events. Soon the shows you are servicing will be setting up on it. Regarding your comment about pay: we review our salaries on a regular basis to ensure we are competitive in the market place. Lack of competitive salary Long hours and weekends Very clickish company Lack of Communication Gossipy IT guy. Has nothing to do but talk and gossip. I try to come in the day he isn't there to get my work done. If not he'll stand by your desk and talk and gossip and bad mouth people. He also tells you how you should do your job .Waste of a salary. No encouragemenet The outlook of this company is very scary.
