Interesting management with no clear direction.. Not sure the Chief officers are focus enough in the business.

Cons

Kind like a shop. Employees have no loyalty to the company. Turnover ratio is high.

Very good company for freshers to start their career with as CompuGain provides excellent training facilities; encourages highly committed, dedicated and hardworking individuals to take up more challenging responsibilities; growing company and hence you can grow with the company; Two-way communication; open door policy; upper management always welcomes suggestions from the employees. CompuGain has changed it's leadership style, strategy and approach to success and it's helping them to be more competitive and successful.
