Small Company,Good work life balance, pay at par or more than market rate in some cases,\ no stress work (depends on the project)

Cons

No training/ mentor-ship provided,not many projects to jump around in and learn something else if interested. Very bad BD team, not many new projects are coming in .No team building exercises in company. You come work and go home, no fun atmosphere.

Pros

They provide good compensation but again it depends on how much you can negotiate in the begining. The benefits are good in terms of vacation and sick days.

Cons

no appreciation of work done....no promotions or salary increase...if you lose your project they don't help you getting another one. There is no recognition for employees. There is so much of Internal Politics they will never bother about employee future.
