      Nothing much.. U work u get paid..

      Cons

      Not professional. Very limited employees who behave professionally.. Its really hard to find all crap people under one roof. I wonder how compugain managers to gather all those together. Only 2 to 3 % are here who work . Rest all just pass time.

      Pros

      Right company for people who want to perform and grow with the organization. Since this is a growing company there is high visibility and opportunitites to explore. They work on very niche technologies and Its an employee oriented organization.A perfect company to structure your career in a right direction.

      Cons

      Being a growing organization there is learning and improvements. But needs to appreciated as this is only for well being of the employee.

      No Maturity, No Clarity, No Vision for the company

      Work would be cool in few projects

      Management doesn't listen to the employees problems Management encourages hitlers and monocrats Company doesn't have proper vision, you would be in the same place even after 10 years as there is no learning curve Management recruits employees with no interviews even at Sr Management level. You can understand about the next levels as it favours its kith and kin Employees recruited for one technology work for something else Overall people get disgusted and await for someother good oppurtunity
