Pros

Sells some of the best equipment in the 3D printing/3D scanning industry and they have a family-oriented culture

Cons

A large portion of the commission is paid after the company collects money, and they have a very typical high pressure/high volume attitude towards closing deals which most sales people eventually want to get away from.

You can drink on the job

Cons

If you work hard you're looked down upon. If you do the bare minimum then you get rewarded if this is your cup of tea go for it. Micro managed daily. Constant phone calls covering the same topics. Poor communication. No direction. Company is failing ever since cati stepped in this has to do with investors that just sell and buy without consequences.

CATI prohibits the use of alcohol during work hours, with the exception of company sanctioned celebrations and events. Violation of this policy can result in termination. Self-directed and self-motivated team members at CATI find our culture a perfect environment to achieve high performance; as demonstrated by our other Glassdoor posts. Pros

Having been employed with CATI for two months, there are really too many positives to list, but let me highlight my favorites: - Communication (everyone, and I mean everyone, makes it a priority to be available and help in anyway they can) - Training (extremely thorough, with exposure to multiple departments and their respective people) - Culture (when you hire people with similar work ethics, drive, and discipline, you have a great team of people that all work well together)

Cons

There are no cons per se, however the majority of employees are spread throughout our offices nationwide. Consequently , it can be more challenging to develop friendships with other employees (not impossible though).
