- You learn new things - The happy clients are the best reward. - Big team, different types of people. - Remotely job - Satisfied with the pay

Cons

- Not enough quality people. - Issues with the 'teamwork' concept. - Not enough fairness, work ethics. - The quality of the systems (daily used) is quite low. - A lack of 'long tem perspective', most changes happen when big mistakes/complains show up. They could have been prevented. Etc. - At some point, you stop learning and you become disatisfied with the pay. Reason why you start to see that the company does nothing to keep you interested/with them. (Probably because they miss that long term view).
