Pros
Good opportunities to learn new technologies and development. Strong leadership that doesn't micromanage, gives autonomy in an entrepreneural spirit. Employees are encouraged to innovate and contribute ideas and see how they impact the "whole" of the company. All employees are pleasant and easy to get along with. Executives and Managers are caring and encouraging. Work hard and be kind environment.
Cons
The company is growing with new acquisitions. Need to be flexible or you might get frustrated. Maybe not the best place for someone who only works well in highly-structured environment and prefers a lot of oversight.
